Heaven System

A friend of mine writes and draws his own manga, and when he asked me to model one of his characters for Fanime 2010, I agreed.

Blackberry's costume was pretty easy to make, although I did have to hunt around a bit to find the perfect fabric for her dress! That butterfly print seemed to come in every color of satin but red. O_o The hardest part was modifying the shoes by covering them with the matching dress fabric and adding straps. I was also able to use a wig I already owned after styling antenna bangs for it, and my friend lent me the collar and cuffs for the costume.
